Friday Sentiment Challenge

Hello Friends!

I've been working on a few cards lately for our challenges at Lady Anne's. Our theme for this challenge is Halloween and the twist is a die cut. I had fun making this card. I used Tim Holtz tree in the background and Graphic 45 paper. The little girls is from La La Land Crafts and is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. I must say I very much enjoyed using these markers. They are more colorful than Copics and to me seemed easier to use. I always make three copies of the image I am going to color. I practice on the first one getting my color blends right. I then color the second one and that's usually the one I pick. The third on is there in case I screw up the first two. That's the way I've always done it. Thank you, Jennie Black for teaching me to do that! I also used a Sizzix fence die used with Spellbinders foil. The fence was then embossed with an embossng folder and sponged with StazOn black ink pad. I hope you enjoy.
So hop on over to Lady Anne's Friday Sentiment Challenge and create your Halloween card. The winner gets 4 digital images from Sandi Samples. Remember you must have a sentiment on the front of your card to be eligible to win!
