Welcome to the monthly NEW RELEASES for A Creative Journey with Melissa. Every SECOND WEDNESDAY of the month we will be featuring our newly released stamp sets. I am a Design Team member for A Creative Journey with Melissa and I am so excited to be able to share these beautiful creative designs with you today. The new stamp releases are the Awareness Ribbon Stamp Set #3 - Ready for a Fight and the Awareness Ribbon Stamp set #4 - Autism Awareness. We are also highlighting our amazingly cute and versatile Everyday Alphabet and Everyday Alphabet Outline stamp sets throughout this hop.
I am highlighting the Awareness Ribbon Stamp set #4 - Autism Awareness stamp set for this blog hop. My daughter works at the Help Group in Sherman Oaks, CA where she is a TA of preschool kids with Autism. These children have a special place in my heart and I was so happy to create my cards with them in mind.

ReplyDeleteGreat creations Marie. I love CTMH ink pads; especially the wide variety of colors to choose from. I use them most of the time; except when I am coloring the image. I use Momento black or brown for stamping if I am coloring something with alcohol markers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the blog hop. Fun. Hugs, Gloria

Hi Gloria. Thank you for your generous comment. I used to be a CTMH consultant, so their ink pads are the ones I use. Like you, I also use Memento black when coloring with Copics or even their shimmering ink pads...those are luscious!
DeleteI use Close To My Heart inks.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite brand of ink pads to stamp with is momento.

DeleteYour artwork is amazing! You have sure inspired me! I love the CTMH ink pads. They last forever and love that they close upside down!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Brans
DeleteI truly enjoy my favorite brand of ink pads they are from Stampin up. My friend was a demonstrator and gave me her old ones when she bought her new ones and that is how I became addicted to stamping. It is great that you and your daughter work in areas to help Autistics needs, I just adore anyone who takes an interest in their needs. I too worked with Autistic children in a school system and enjoyed getting up in the morning and going to my job each and every day and I remain active in many ways since becoming disabled. I once held an event on one of my groups and received 1000 handmade card donations for the children to sell an buy more equipment for them to utilize.
ReplyDeleteNice cards my friend! I love Momento, but also I love the Stampin' up inks as well.
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards. My favorite ink pads are The Stamps of Life.

Thank you. SU inks have beautiful colors and I like using those as well.
ReplyDeleteMarie, you really created two perfect Autism Awareness cards!! They look amazing and I love how you made them more elegant by adding flowers and a beautifully embossed background (why didn't I think of doing That?!?!)!! Honestly, Marie, you have such a good eye for design and cards, I don't know why I bother to try :)
